Premises cannot delete or update waste code when the status of the notification is “Submitted”. Premises must use “Request Cancel” button to cancel a notification using Notification Number and the cancellation requires approval by DOE State

Premises must login to eSWIS using the Premises Admin HQ Account to create new branch in Manage Branch. Next, premises are required to add new Person in Charge in the Manage Employee and assign the person a new branch.

Premises must login to eSWIS using the Admin ID and password to update the Person in Charge information in Manage Employee

There are several factors that led to the problems: <br />i. Username or password entered is incorrect <br />ii. Employee records were deleted by admin premises. To enable the user to login into the system, admin premises need to create a new employee record in the Manage Employee. The system still keeps previous ID and password of the account that has been deleted, so Premises Admin shall register new account using a different user name. <br />iii. Please contact the DOE State for further action
