There are several factors that led to the problems: <br />i. Username or password entered is incorrect <br />ii. Employee records were deleted by admin premises. To enable the user to login into the system, admin premises need to create a new employee record in the Manage Employee. The system still keeps previous ID and password of the account that has been deleted, so Premises Admin shall register new account using a different user name. <br />iii.
