You need a DOE File number from your DOE state before you can register an eSWIS account. Once you have obtained your DOE File Number, go to eSWIS homepage and click Register button.

To notify generated scheduled waste of the premise.
Go to eSWIS homepage and click Forgot Password to retrieve your password.

Inventory deductions will only occur after the CN status is marked as Received. Therefore, premises must ensure that all CNs have been received by the WASTE RECEIVER.
The Inventory Reduction functions as a count reset (PLEASE KEY IN THE EXACT VALUE) within the waste inventory system to record adjustments resulting from theft, loss, breakage, or discrepancies in waste quantity generated by the premise.
